The name of the restaurant is no coincidence, because this is actually where il trenino, the little train, stands: a Deutz locomotive from 1928. As with the signal lamps, metal signs and the locomotive hat gallery, these are lovingly restored originals from the era of the forming sand pit, which had been operated here by the Faust family before the campsite was opened.
